Phönix - il neonato

In the old egyptian times Benu was called one of their totems and then later in the ancient world he was adored as a symbol for immortality because of his capability to burn himself during dawn and then rebirth.

He was shown as a huge heron with long feathers in golden purple, redish colours. Therefore the phoenix is significant for the ending of a period but as well for the start of something really new.

That is why he is a symbol for future, liberty, change and innovation. Every change embodies something new and innovativ.
These changes can only be made because of the decline of the elder situation.
